Installation

All components, both hardware and software, are installed in accordance with the overall project plan, which is produced and agreed at the start of the project. Training of selected staff in the operation and first level support of the system hardware and software is also provided in accordance with the agreed plan.

A complete user acceptance test (UAT) cycle is also incorporated into the plan to ensure that the solution provided satisfies all the agreed requirements and operates completely to the client’s satisfaction.
