Training

As part of the installation all relevant staff will be trained to operate the system to achieve maximum performance from the chosen configuration. Selected staff will also be trained to provide first level support to overcome any minor day-to-day issues that may arise during operation. They will also have the capability to escalate any problems that are beyond their expertise for resolution.
