Integration
By utilising industry standard operating
systems and tools, Aperta’s Active
Payment System (APS) is able to fully integrate with
your existing systems, providing output data for both stand-alone
reports or as input into other financial systems.
All servers and workstations are standard
PCs using the Windows® operating system; therefore the
structure and layout of all graphic user interfaces are
familiar and easy to use.
All images are stored as standard CCITT
Gp4 black and white images, of JPEG grey scale compressed
images.
The Active Image Archive module also uses
industry standard database components and operating systems
allowing you to take advantage of developments and innovations
in technology, and not be hampered by being locked into
a proprietary system.
Active Data Extraction extracts selected
data from the Active
Image Archive database and creates a file that can be
transferred to any other appropriate Windows® application.
Data can be transferred electronically, by e-mail or physically
by CD-ROM, for example.
